Czech Speaking Customer Service for Smart Home Technology Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to our Smart Home Technology Department for one of our clients. In this engaging entry level role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding support to our Czech-speaking customers, helping them navigate and utilize our innovative smart home products.

Your fluency in Czech will be key as you assist clients with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and the installation process. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting the benefits of smart living solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and product setup
• Provide comprehensive information about product features and usage
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with technical and product teams to address and resolve customer concerns
• Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services
• Stay current on smart home technology trends and product developments

• Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in technology or electronics, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A passion for smart home technology and enhancing the customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
