Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Home Security & Alarm Systems Department! In this essential Junior role, you will provide expert guidance and support to our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate their home security and alarm system inquiries. Your contribution will be key in ensuring that our customers feel safe and supported in their home security decisions.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions and issues related to their home security and alarm systems
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any complex issues
- Provide clients with detailed product information and guidance for optimal use
- Gather and report client feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the security systems or telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is a plus
