Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Health & Wellness Products Department. In this junior level role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding our health and wellness products.
Your fluency in French will be essential as you help clients understand product features, benefits, and usage, while also addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. You will play a vital role in promoting our commitment to customer satisfaction and the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products
- Assist customers with inquiries about product availability, usage instructions, and order statuses
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate information is provided
- Gather customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and services
- Stay informed about industry trends and the latest health and wellness products
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in health and wellness, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for health and wellness, and helping customers achieve their goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
