Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about orders, delivery schedules, and service issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer concerns
• Provide detailed information regarding our food delivery services
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services
• Engage in continuous training to enhance knowledge of our operations

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the food or delivery sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software solutions
