Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Greek through phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information regarding our products and services
• Document interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
• Educate clients on how to effectively utilize our offerings
• Collect and report customer feedback to inform service improvements
• Engage in regular training sessions to stay informed about service updates

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
