Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fashion & Apparel Department. In this dynamic junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our diverse range of fashion products.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential in assisting clients with product details, order placements, shipping inquiries, and returns. As part of our dedicated team, you will help create a remarkable shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in Italian through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries about product information, availability, and sizing
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery
- Stay up to date on fashion trends and developments to better assist customers
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for fashion
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in fashion or retail, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers find their personal style
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
