Italian Speaking Customer Service for Online Learning & EdTech Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Learning & EdTech Department. In this dynamic Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they engage with our online educational platforms and resources.

Your fluency in Italian will be crucial for assisting clients with inquiries about course offerings, platform navigation, and technical support. Your expertise in customer service will help enhance the user experience and ensure that our learners receive the guidance they need to succeed in their educational journey.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding online learning platforms
  • Assist customers in understanding course details, registration processes, and platform functionalities
  • Provide technical support for users experiencing issues with the learning platform
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the EdTech team to resolve complex inquiries and improve user experience
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to continually enhance our educational offerings
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in online learning and education technology
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in education or technology, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for education and helping others achieve their learning goals
  • Familiarity with customer support software and learning management systems is advantageous
