Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Smart Home Technology Department. In this exciting Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries and issues related to our innovative smart home products and services.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in delivering clear and helpful assistance as you guide clients in understanding product functionalities, troubleshooting setup issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty around our smart home solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices
  • Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on usage
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
  • Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our products and services
  • Stay updated with the latest smart home technology trends and product developments
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Genuine interest in smart home technologies and a passion for assisting customers
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
