Italian Speaking Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Ride-Sharing App Department! In this junior position role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking users, providing exceptional assistance and support related to their ride-sharing experiences. Your fluency in Italian will enable you to engage effectively with our customers and ensure their inquiries are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions related to ride-sharing services, app functionalities, and payment issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with the tech team to solve technical issues faced by users
• Provide clear and detailed information about our services and features
• Collect user feedback to help improve our ride-sharing service
• Participate in training sessions to remain updated on app features and best practices

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in the technology or ride-sharing sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and applications
