Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Smart Home Technology Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Smart Home Technology Department for one of our clients. In this exciting entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, helping them navigate our range of smart home solutions and ensuring they have the best possible experience with our technology.

Your fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries related to product features, installation, troubleshooting, and general support. You will play a crucial role in empowering customers to maximize their smart home technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology
  • Assist customers with setup, usage, and troubleshooting of smart home devices
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Educate customers about new products and features
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our product offerings and services
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in smart home technology
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for technology
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the smart home or technology sector, is advantageous
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic about helping customers enhance their home technology experiences
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
