In this vital entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of health and wellness products.
Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial in helping clients navigate product details, benefits, and services, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer care. You will work within a dynamic team focused on promoting healthier lifestyles and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat related to health and wellness products
- Assist customers with product-related questions, recommendations, and order processing
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and fulfillment teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality
- Stay informed about health and wellness trends, new product launches, and promotions
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on health and wellness
- Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or health-related fields, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
