Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Smart Home Technology Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Smart Home Technology Department for one of our clients. In this engaging junior role, you will be the go-to support for our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to smart home products and solutions while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in helping clients understand smart home technology, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate product setup. As part of our dedicated team, you will help enhance customer satisfaction and promote the adoption of innovative smart home solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
  • Assist clients with product explanations, installation guidance, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical support and product teams to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Gather feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services
  • Stay current with the latest trends in smart home technology and product features
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Passion for technology and helping customers maximize their smart home experience
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
