In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance as they navigate our subscription services.

This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and are eager to assist clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in Spanish will help ensure a seamless user experience for our valued subscribers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding subscription details, billing, and account management
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
• Provide information on new features, products, and promotions
• Gather customer feedback to help enhance our subscription services
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform changes and improvements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction and issue resolution
