URGENT - Dutch or Flemish Speaking Customer Support for Energy Sector Client

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch or Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Client's team, dedicated to supporting their clients in the energy sector! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for Dutch or Flemish speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with their inquiries related to energy services. Your language skills will help maintain clear communication and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch or Flemish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding energy services, billing, and account management
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide clear and concise information about services and updates
• Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and services

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the energy or utilities sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
