Role Overview:
As a Content Marketing Manager/Specialist, you will develop and execute a content strategy that engages and educates our target audience. You’ll oversee the creation of various content formats—including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, and case studies—while managing social media channels, email newsletters, and website content. Ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and business objectives will be a key part of your role.
Key requirements- Content Strategy & Development: Develop and manage a content strategy that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Research and understand audience pain points to create highly relevant, value-driven content. Maintain a consistent content calendar and oversee execution across multiple channels.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and other educational materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and external writers to produce high-quality content. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging.
- Social Media & Email Marketing: Manage and grow social media presence by curating and distributing engaging content. Oversee email newsletters to nurture leads and keep audiences engaged with valuable insights. Monitor audience engagement and optimize content strategy based on performance analytics.
- SEO & Website Content: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles to enhance discoverability and conversion rates. Conduct keyword research and track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Qualifications- 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published content.
- Hands-on experience managing content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and websites.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including marketing, sales, and design.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance metrics.
- Experience in a B2B, SaaS, or tech-driven environment is a plus.
$55,000 - $90,000 a year
Salary discussions aim to align compensation with skills and experience, recognizing that an individual's true worth goes beyond monetary considerations. We value the unique contributions each candidate brings to our team. Pay biweekly.
