Import Logistics Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:

• Oversee import activities for temperature-controlled and ambient regimes.
• Coordinate international transportation and ensure proper documentation for veterinary import permits.
• Ensure accuracy in import administration and data entry within the information system.
• Maintain and update import route files and create detailed import cost calculations.
• Collaborate with logistics providers and offer administrative support to platforms and the central warehouse.
• Identify and address irregularities in work processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

• Relevant experience in logistics or import/export operations.
• Proficiency in computer applications and logistics tools.
• Strong knowledge of the English language (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to navigate urgent and unexpected situations efficiently.
• Initiative to improve processes and proactively sup-port team goals.
