As we continue to grow and meet the demands of our clients, we are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage top talent to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in our recruitment strategy, focusing on identifying, attracting, and nurturing relationships with potential candidates across various roles within the firm. This position involves conducting market research, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, and engaging with candidates to build a strong pipeline of talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create targeted sourcing strategies that align with our firm's goals.

As a key part of our Recruitment Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve.

• Experience in sourcing candidates using various platforms and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing assignments simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Salary Range: $4 – $6 per hour (based on your experience and performance)
