Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. Healthcare professionals use the testing to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and the use of illicit drugs and help monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

The Job:
- Identify new leads in the territory to help your Territory Manager close new business.
- Train clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver in-service training on-site with customers.
- Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
- Develop a working relationship with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information to enhance existing customer relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Experience in sales or customer service in hospitality, business solutions sales, or management training programs.
- Planning and time management experience.
- Prior field-based position which included a significant travel requirement is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and polished presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Willing to travel extensively and stay overnight during the week.
- Ability to work evenings, late evenings, and weekends on an occasional basis.
