(Junior) Product Manager (mIfId) CGT Analytics

As a (Junior) Product Manager (mIfId) , you will play a pivotal role in the global marketing of our innovative solutions within the realm of cell analysis, particularly in the dynamic field of Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT).  

• Your focus will be on marketing products for CGT analytics, including translational biomarker analysis, in-process control, release testing, and patient monitoring. 
• You will conduct comprehensive global market and competitor analyses and engage directly with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing measures. Your goal is to drive sales growth, foster customer satisfaction, and build long-term customer relationships. 
• Creating compelling marketing materials and maintaining relevant content, especially on our website, in product flyers, mailings, and advertisements, are among your core responsibilities.  
• As an interface between various departments, you will support the planning and implementation of global marketing concepts for CGT analytics. 
• In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Business, Marketing Communications, Campaign Management, Sales, and Technical Support departments. 

• You have a degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical biotechnology and profound experience in applying cell analysis techniques, especially in flow cytometry. 
• You possess a deep understanding of the technological requirements, developments, and guidelines in the field of CGT analytics. Knowledge of assay qualification and validation is advantageous. You have at least several years of professional experience in the CGT sector.  
• Your enthusiasm for marketing and sales is reflected in your active use of social networks to engage with and connect with the scientific community. Your creativity enables you to develop innovative marketing concepts.  
• Your excellent English language skills in business communication round out your profile.
• A willingness to travel globally (minimum 20% field travel and conference participation) is required.
