Mindex’s Software Development division is the go-to software developer for enterprise organizations looking to engage teams of skilled technical resources to help them plan, navigate, and execute through the full software development lifecycle.

Mindex is looking for engineers to assist our client in Correspondent Banking. Correspondent banking is the financial arrangements between two banks and comprises of over 400 associations. Correspondent Division provides convenient access to resources developed to improve your processes and strategies

There are a series of projects in need of additional staff to work directly alongside the current client team. The initial project is related to ISO banking regulations. Mindex is looking for mid to senior resources that can come up to speed quickly.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with C#.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working within an Agile SDLC, specifically SCRUM.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with WPF, particularly building WPF applications using the MVVM design pattern.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with SQL Server.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with O/R Mapping frameworks like NHibernate or EntityFramework.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Dependency Injection / Inversion Of Control Frameworks (such as Ninject, Structure Map, or Unity).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with GitHub.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of experience working with RESTful principles.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of experience working with ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Web API.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of experience using unit test frameworks like MSTest or NUnit and mock frameworks like Moq to ensure relevant code is covered by automated unit tests.
• Test driven development is a plus.
• Familiarity with ADO.NET is also a plus.

The band range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, education, experience, training, certifications, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role; and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000.
