As a Sales Manager - Lead Generation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Your primary responsibility is identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach. You’ll be the first point of contact, responsible for creating opportunities and building the foundation for long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers to close deals and expand our portfolio.
At least 1 year in a similar role involving lead generation, outreach, or sales. Candidates with less experience but a strong understanding of tools, processes, and a hunger to succeed will also be considered.
Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Confidence in cold outreach and the ability to engage with high-level executives.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT, HR, outsourcing, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
