Now we are looking for the for YouTube Producer for our client - a dynamic international IT product company who develop an innovative tech and marketing solutions for a global audience and provide the clients in the entertainment industry with effective digital marketing, creative design, traffic generation, and seamless payments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and Manage Your Team: Source, onboard, and supervise a team of talented contractors, including copywriters, media buyers, and film crew, to bring your creative vision to life.

• Develop Winning Content: Create comprehensive content plans that align with our overall marketing objectives, ensuring our YouTube channel delivers high-quality, engaging content.

• Craft Compelling Stories: Write engaging scripts for video production that capture the attention of our target audience and drive results.

• Oversee Video Production: Provide both conceptual and logistical support to ensure video filming is efficient and high-quality.

• Analyze and Optimize Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including subscriptions, audience reach, and ad bidding, to refine our content strategy and maximize impact.

• Manage Content and Community: Ensure smooth video publication, monitor post-launch engagement, and interact with our subscribers by responding to comments and fostering a strong online community.

• Collaborate and Expand: Identify and connect with relevant bloggers and industry experts to explore collaboration opportunities and mutually beneficial promotional activities.

• Maintain Channel Relevance: Proactively monitor and update our channel, ensuring all links, playlists, and content are current and engaging.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets effectively to ensure our YouTube projects are executed on time and within financial constraints.

• Experienced YouTube Professional: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a YouTube Producer or similar role.

• Hands-On Production Expertise: Deep understanding of the video production process, from planning to final delivery.

• Proven Project Manager: Demonstrated success in managing video projects, ensuring deadlines and quality are consistently met.

• Team Management Skills: Experience managing a team of 2-5 people, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. • Responsive and Proactive: Ability to respond quickly and effectively to tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Detail-Oriented and Responsible: A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Initiative Driven: A self-starter with a proactive approach to task execution, always seeking opportunities for improvement.

• Fluent English Speaker: Native-level proficiency in English is a must.
