Job Title: Executive Director
Reports To: VP of Home Health Operations
Job Summary:
The Executive Director leads the branch’s clinical operations, personnel, and office management while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role focuses on maintaining quality care, operational efficiency, and employee performance to uphold the agency's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including Case Managers and field clinicians.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with care plans, and effective patient care processes.
- Conduct staff meetings, in-service training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor payroll, billing, and account processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff.
- Drive compliance with regulatory and survey requirements, acting as the branch liaison during audits.
- Support community awareness initiatives and represent the agency’s values and mission.
Qualifications:
- Degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in healthcare operations.
- Medicare home health knowledge and regulatory expertise preferred.
- Current state licensure and BLS CPR certification.
