Your Impact as an Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist with Mission Healthcare, you will play a critical role in improving the quality of life for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and providing personalized treatment plans.

- Evaluating home environments to ensure safety and functionality for patients.

- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement holistic care plans.

- Educating patients and families on adaptive techniques to promote independence.

-Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Requirements

- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association).

- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.

- Current CPR certification.

- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle in accordance with state and company requirements.
