Virtual Assistant 10 Hours per Week (IC-FM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage voicemails and call clients back timely
• Call warm leads who are interested
• Manage inbox and call clients back timely
• Send out super bills
• Schedule appointments
• Track clients in software
• Cut and edit clips in podcasts
• Manage social media
• Manage bookkeeping (a plus) 
• Assist with various other projects / tasks 
• Platforms: 
• Jane
• Go High Level
• Quickbooks
• SquareSpace 
• ConvertKit
• Voxer
• Acuity 
• Canva

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant (a must)
• Experience managing social media (a plus) 
• Detail oriented
• Intuitively organized
• Deadline oriented
• Self-starter 
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
