Virtual Assistant 5 Hours per Week (IC-PT)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with reps and stay on top of the tasks
• Manage purchases
• Manage and track invoices 
• Plan out month of social media content and post 3 times per week
• Track and organize receipts
• Assist with various other projects / tasks 
• Platforms: 
• Google Suite
• Asana
• Quickbooks

• Experience with purchase orders / invoices (a plus)
• Experience with an architecture / design firm (a plus) 
• Eager and willing to learn 
• Detail oriented
• Intuitively organized
• Self-starter 
• 5 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
