Human Resources Intern

MONETA is an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm (RIA) headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, with offices nationwide.  We provide comprehensive wealth management services to families, non-profit organizations, and company retirement plans. We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR and Talent Acquisition team in Clayton, Missouri. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management, providing valuable insights into HR practices within a corporate setting.

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, preparing orientation materials and documentation
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and team-building activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to various HR functions
• Collaborate with HR team members to support day-to-day operations and special projects

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
