At Leafio, we're on the lookout for a New Business Specialist who can help us sprinkle a little magic into our client relationships. You will be responsible for acquiring new pharmacy business through a combination of prospecting, qualifying marketing-generated leads, and pharmacy enquiries and registrations.
What You'll Be Up To:
As our New Business Specialist, you'll be the superhero of business development! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves:
Finding New Pharmacy Partners: Use your super-sleuth skills to identify and connect with prospective pharmacies. Think of it as matchmaking but for businesses! You'll engage with them via phone and email.
Work with the SDR team to develop targeted lists, strategies to generate leads, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
Building Relationships: You'll be the friendly voice that helps pharmacies navigate their order journey. Understanding their needs is key—after all, who doesn’t love a good listener?
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our SDR team and marketing wizards to create strategies that make our business shine brighter than a diamond.
Managing Leads: You’ll juggle inbound leads like a pro, ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks.
We want someone who has prior experience in business development or sales (bonus points if you've done it in a high-volume environment). Here’s what else you’ll need:
Communication Skills: You should be able to charm the socks off anyone you talk to—whether it’s over the phone or through email.
Relationship Management: Your ability to build strong connections will help us convert registrations into revenue.
Multi-tasking Mastery: If you can handle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, we want you on our team.
