Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role in a phone based high volume environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship management and active listening skills.
Demonstrated ability to be innovative and solutions focussed, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated experience using sales based CRM systems.
A self motivated, team player who is eager to make an impact on the business and on their career.
