You’ll play a critical role in expanding Morty’s customer base by consulting prospective clients—loan officers, brokers, and mortgage professionals—on our all-in-one “Brokerage as a Service” platform. Organized, driven, and highly consultative, the ideal candidate will engage prospects across all segments, from independent brokers to small team leaders. You’ll confidently articulate Morty’s value, understand the unique challenges of the mortgage industry, and help prospects unlock new growth opportunities.
Our Business Development team is the engine behind Morty’s rapid growth. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you’ll educate them on how Morty can streamline their business, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Your work directly impacts our sales pipeline and overall company performance.

Salary Range: base salary + commission (OTE $75K-$85K)
