POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a key role within MCI as the Project Manager is responsible for leading cross functional teams to ensure all processes of the MCI Manufacturing PDP after the BOM (Product Development Planning) Process are successfully completed with emphasis on factors of Time/Cost/ manufacturing Readiness, Quality and customers satisfaction.

Are you ready to take the lead as a Project Manager at MCI? In this pivotal role, you'll guide cross-functional teams through the intricate processes of the Manufacturing Product Development Planning (PDP) after the BOM stage. Your top priority will be ensuring that everything flows smoothly regarding time, cost, manufacturing readiness, quality, and customer satisfaction. From developing Team Charters and comprehensive project plans at the DC Gate to managing project timelines and risks, your contributions will be vital to the project's success. You'll hold daily and weekly meetings to facilitate effective communication among team members and departments, ensuring that all approvals from Engineering, Product Planning, Production, and Sales are secured. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to travel, spending 70% of your time at our Fort Garry Plant and 30% at the Pembina Plant. With 1-3 years of Project Management experience and a background in manufacturing processes, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing projects from inception to completion.
