Job Description

Do you have a passion for data analytics and making sense of complex information?

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support our Contact Center operations. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards, delivering actionable insights into customer data. This technical position is key to driving decision-making and identifying new opportunities to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop KPI dashboards to enhance decision-making and performance tracking.

  • Leverage data mining techniques and reporting tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.

  • Prepare analytics reports in a clear and professional presentation format.

  • Collaborate on establishing effective data ETL practices and processes.

  • Conduct research and analyze ad-hoc studies as required.

  • Document process flows and business rules, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.

  • Process and analyze large datasets, keeping current reports updated and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Workplace: You will work from our offices located at the Ford Almussafes factory, an industrial area that is not accessible by public transportation, so it is necessary to have your own vehicle.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced industries like automotive or similar businesses preferred.

  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.

  • Expertise in data manipulation, complex analysis, and statistical modeling.

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Alteryx, KNIME).

  • Familiarity with Training, Learning, Development, or Talent Management teams.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.

  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.

  • Ability to perform advanced statistical analysis.
