Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives within the dynamic and fast-paced crypto industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the blockchain space, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. You must be crypto-native, with a proven track record of working on marketing strategies for a top 200 blockchain or project.


Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals in the cryptocurrency sector. This includes both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Brand Management: Enhance our brand's visibility and reputation within the crypto community. Manage all aspects of branding, from visual identity to messaging consistency across various platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. This includes managing social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement to drive adoption and awareness.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored for crypto audiences. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other educational materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on marketing metrics and insights.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Coordinate with other departments like product development and customer support to ensure a unified approach to market expansion.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage participation in industry events, conferences, and AMAs to increase brand exposure and network with key players in the crypto ecosystem.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with the latest regulations in the cryptocurrency industry, particularly around advertising and promotions.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of direct experience in marketing within the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proven experience working for a top 200 blockchain or project, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and content management systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • A network within the crypto industry and experience with community management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.


Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications in digital marketing or blockchain technologies.
  • Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or other crypto-specific applications.
  • Knowledge of smart contract platforms and tokenomics.
  • Experience working in AI sector an advantage.
