Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles tailored to their needs and budget
Present and demonstrate Audi’s premium features and technology in a compelling way
Provide transparent, accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Audi vehicles, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams for a seamless transaction
Maintain a polished, professional image and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional experiences
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Proficient in computer systems and sales-related software
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
