We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Investor Operations and Relations Coordinator to support our CEO and help drive our fund's success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relations: Maintain strong, professional relationships with the fund's investors and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Operational Coordination: Manage daily fund operations, including overseeing cash flows across multiple banks and brokers, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Fund Administration: Collaborate with the fund administrator on monthly NAV calculations and reporting requirements.
  • Risk Monitoring: Monitor portfolio risks and address any operational challenges as they arise.
  • CRM and Marketing Support: Manage the fund’s CRM system (HubSpot) and assist with marketing and communication efforts.
  • Transaction Oversight: Facilitate fund deposits and redemptions, ensuring smooth and accurate processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in financial institutions’ operations or administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with KYC, FATCA, and financial compliance regulations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • A quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
