YOUR ROLE AS LEAD CONTENT CREATOR
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Content Creator to join our creative team. In this hands-on role, you will take charge of producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal supervision, and is eager to contribute fresh ideas. As a Senior Content Creator, you will collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team while making your creative mark on projects across various formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Content Creation
- Manage the complete video production process—from scripting and filming to coordinating, editing, and final delivery.
- Stay on top of social media trends and platform formats, knowing when to use short-form vs. long-form video.
- Ensure that all video content is consistent with the brand's voice and fosters an emotional connection with the audience.
- Maintain a well-organized video content library for easy access by the team.
- Graphic & Marketing Asset Development
- Design visually impactful digital and offline materials such as social media graphics, leaflets, posters, brochures, and roller banners.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with active campaigns and initiatives.
- Project Delivery & Execution
- Independently manage and execute multiple content projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Respond to briefs with creativity and clarity, ensuring that content is delivered effectively.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality.
- Reporting & Communication
- Share regular progress updates during monthly marketing meetings.
- Log updates and task progress via Jira or other project management tools.
- Tools & Workflow
- Utilize creative tools like Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, and CRM/email tools (e.g., Brevo).
- Organize and track projects with tools such as Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Jira.
- Take initiative and show a positive, can-do attitude when navigating complex project instructions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a content creation role with a proven track record.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a broad range of creative work is essential.
- Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of video production.
- Hands-on experience in creating digital and offline marketing materials (social media graphics, brochures, posters, etc.).
- A solid understanding of social media platforms and various content formats (short-form vs. long-form).
- Ability to adapt content for multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- High proficiency in design principles and creative direction.

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets at least once a month at a minimum.
