Job Description

The ISV Practice at Nagarro is responsible for business growth, focusing on incubating new competencies, building new offerings, solutions, and thought leadership to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes. Our solutions span technology areas such as digital transformation, cloud technologies, data-led decision science, artificial intelligence, resilience engineering, product engineering, and more. Growth through Private Equity penetration is critical for the Practice.

    Roles and Responsibilities: As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for:

    • Driving business growth initiatives within the Practice to build a strong demand pipeline.
    • Leading business proposals and responses end-to-end.
    • Building new client relationships, navigating the client’s organization, and evangelizing Nagarro’s value proposition, while expanding the professional network aligned with Nagarro’s CARING mindset.
    • Running marketing campaigns to amplify Nagarro’s outreach efforts in target market segments.
    • Developing growth strategies to meet revenue targets.
    • Negotiating business contracts with Procurement teams.
    • Consulting clients on relevant Nagarro offerings to help them achieve their business outcomes.

    Qualifications

    We are seeking a technologist with experience driving business growth through consulting and business development skills in the ISV market segment, especially in PE-backed software firms. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

    • Experience as a technology consultant, solution consultant, or delivery leader in domains such as product engineering, cloud modernization, digital transformation, channel management, professional services, and new venture creation.
    • Proven experience working with sales and marketing teams (or in a business growth-focused role) to identify new business opportunities, with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience crafting digital solution offerings for new business creation with existing or prospective clients.
    • Strong decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to address opposition, navigate multi-stakeholder conflicts, and build consensus.
    • Understanding of the organizational structure of Product organizations or Management Consulting firms, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with a thorough understanding of available levers and experience dealing with Procurement teams.
    • Experience enabling proof of concepts and pilot projects for digital solutions to demonstrate ROI on client business goals.
    • Experience creating models and frameworks to demonstrate the value proposition and unique differentiators of business solutions.
    • Ability to understand customer business processes and identify AS-IS and TO-BE digital gaps.
    • Experience creating narratives for customer RFIs and proposals.
    • Experience working on projects incorporating technologies such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Cloud technologies, Mobile, and Enterprise software, with experience in digital product creation, preferably using agile practices.
    • Experience conducting customer workshops and engaging with clients to elicit business and product requirements (good to have).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a global team.
    • Ability to build outreach strategies and increase client engagement while consistently improving recall of Nagarro’s brand promise.
    • Post-graduate studies in Engineering or Computer Science are preferred.

    Additional Information

    Salary: $150K - $180K base + 30% - 40% Commission + standard Nagarro benefits
