As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be responsible for scoping, defining, and delivering digital solutions that drive business outcomes. Acting as a liaison between the IT Global Delivery Team and Business Stakeholders, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate business and technical requirements, and identify opportunities to maximize digital initiatives in the supply chain and manufacturing sectors. This role involves creating and managing product backlog items, user stories, and requirements for application deployment, AI/ML enhancements, and other digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile processes to deliver features iteratively, ensuring continuous delivery and application of Lean principles.
Collaborate with Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner to define project scope and create/refine user stories, process flows, and test cases.
Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
Work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and validate solutions to meet requirements.
Provide guidance to the Agile team, ensuring proper understanding of roles, ceremonies, and deliverables.
Mentor junior resources and assist in removing blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT and Agile Business Intelligence projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques (Scrum, Kanban, user stories, retrospectives, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Familiar with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
Experience in leading team dynamics and removing blockers for cross-functional teams.
Functional knowledge of ERP EBS solutions in areas such as Order Management, Procure to Pay, Process Manufacturing, Planning, and Scheduling.
Experience designing and delivering custom solutions and integrating ERP systems with third-party solutions.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
