Role:
Principal Consultant for Ayla for Enterprise Architecture Consultancy engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform as Senior Business Analyst in the Enterprise Architecture engagements with international clients.
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for hospitality projects involving PMS, POS, CRM, OTA integrations, loyalty systems, and mobile/web guest experience platforms.
- Gather and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders including operations, marketing, sales, and IT teams.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping (As-Is & To-Be), and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements. - Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and UX/UI teams to translate business needs into system designs and product features.
- Support system implementation, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple hospitality systems. - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for hospitality platforms, industry best practices, and compliance standards. - Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Produce high quality artifacts and consulting deliverables for CXO level stakeholders
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong domain expertise in hospitality industry operations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Good to have: Spanish / Arabic language
