To keep up with our fast growth, we are looking for an Implementation Manager working on two of our key products Check-It and TVM (Truck Visit Management).
- With Check-It, customers can digitize any question-based check or task in their organization.
- With Truck Visit Management, our customers can coordinate freight pick ups and drop offs in a streamlined way.
As an Implementation Manager, you participate in the growth of our products by taking care of our product implementations. You provide technical expertise to our customers, foster trust and build as well as maintain strong relationships with them.
You will:
- Work closely with the Senior Implementation Manager and Senior Analyst for TVM, and you’ll report to the Director of Products, who will all 3 guide you in your knowledge build up of the products.
- Support our customers with their implementations and support them with your project and change management expertise: give guidance and follow up on the timeline towards the go live. You create the Implementation Plan and follow-up the project in close collaboration with the Product Team both internally and towards the customer, so that the required scope can be met within the agreed timelines and budget.
- Make a fit gap analysis between the features of our product and the operational situation at the customer.
- Support customers in their transition: give demo’s and train the key users, give support during validation, promote successful solution adoption, …
- Follow-up deploys to staging and production with the customer (both for regular and generic product updates, as well as for specific development for customizations) and guide them in user acceptance testing during the implementation phase.
- Follow-up the usage and progress of our product during the implementation phase and after the go live, this to identify improvement opportunities and guarantee the customer success.
- Support the update maintenance of our product’s implementation material.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales by giving demo’s where needed.
- Be part of the product team and provide input for new features on the roadmap by having operational knowledge of our customer’s situation.
- Be responsible for a smooth transition by managing a functional hand-over to the Support Team and Account Management after the implementation phase is done.
You have a customer focused spirit, and you are a tech savvy. You are able to work in a growing and evolving international environment. You are available to your clients while demonstrating empathy and active listening skills, and you are able to manage their expectations correctly in line with the features of the product. This is your secret to achieve exceptional follow-up and impress our clients.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and at least 5 years of working experience, ideally with logistics processes and/or air cargo.
- You have excellent communication skills, and you interact with our customers regularly to understand their needs and steer their behaviour.
- You are able to switch between thinking on the long term (customer voice towards the product team and input for product roadmap) and operational thinking (find a solution for our customer now) on the short term.
- You love B2B applications and you have an analytical mindset. You have an eye for detail and you deliver high quality work.
- You can work independent and you have a proactive mindset.
- You have project management skills. You understand and are able to manage the complex balance between scope, timing and budget.
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
