As a Direct Care Aide (DCA), you will be an integral part of our team, focused on delivering hands-on support that enhances the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of those we serve.

Our dedicated team works to create an environment where every resident feels valued and connected.

  • Successful completion of a Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, OR
  • Successful completion of a Direct Care Aide (DCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Social Services
  • Completion of the NLCS DCA program within two (2) months of employment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
  • Capacity to work independently while also demonstrating a team player mentality
  • Passion for serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life
  • Recent graduates are welcome; we will provide training on our processes and culture
