Warehouse Coordinator

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Warehouse Coordinator in Commerce City, CO.

The Warehouse Coordinator ensures efficient warehouse operations by managing inventory, tracking company assets, and providing quality customer service to internal teams. This role supports daily activities to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe working environment.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide quality support to partners, including store teams, third-party logistics, and loss prevention teams.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including inbound and outbound areas, to ensure stock availability.
• Asset Tracking: Execute proper tracking of company assets and commodities to prevent loss and ensure accountability.
• Team Support: Assist in associate engagement within the building to achieve daily operational results.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00 am to 3:00 pm

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour WEEKLY PAY!

Overtime: $27.75/hour

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in warehouse operations or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of warehouse processes and logistics.​
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in inventory management, ensuring precise tracking and organization of stock.​
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with all team members.​
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work harmoniously within a team, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.​
• Transportation: Reliable means of transportation to and from the workplace, ensuring punctuality and consistent attendance.​
• Compliance: Successful completion of a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
