What will you be doing?

We are looking for a diligent and committed person to join us in the role of Marketing Specialist with expertise in digital marketing and be part of our growing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth. You will manage online marketing efforts, analyze campaign performance, and ensure our strategies are aligned with business objectives.

In this role you will:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage and optimize online campaigns across platforms (e.g., Social media, website, email marketing), through content creation and communication.
• Organize events on a global scale
• Develop impactful marketing material to promote our products & services
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights for improvement
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and expansion opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop etc.) will considered a plus
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative mindset and a passion for staying up to date with digital marketing trends
• Excellent writing and speaking skills at both Greek and English
