We’re Navro, a rapidly scaling B2B payments startup, and we’re looking for a bold, strategic, and hands-on Senior Strategic Accounts Manager to own and grow our key customer relationships across the UK and Europe. You Own It – You’re accountable for every client relationship, every revenue target, and every outcome. If an account isn’t growing, you figure out why and fix it.

You Fix What’s Broken – No waiting for permission. If a process is clunky or an account strategy isn't working, you take the initiative to improve it.
You’re Hands-On – One minute, you’re leading a high-stakes negotiation; the next, you’re digging into account data to identify opportunities.
You Thrive in Chaos – Startups are messy. Priorities shift, deals evolve, and ambiguity is constant. You bring clarity and get results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define and lead strategies to grow and manage a portfolio of Navro’s strategic accounts in the UK/Europe.
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, including payroll and pension operations, identifying growth opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Client Solutions) to deliver seamless account management and customer success.
  • Design and execute account strategies that align with clients’ objectives, focusing on maximising customer value and driving revenue growth.
  • Analyse account performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and proposal development, ensuring win-win outcomes for both Navro and the client.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organisations, supported by comprehensive stakeholder mapping.
  • Represent Navro at client meetings, industry events, and conferences, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Share best practices and provide mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Travel as needed to support client relationships and industry events.
