Quality Assurance Senior Specialist

Nawy Real Estate is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and services, playing a crucial part in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

Your duties will include designing and implementing testing processes, conducting thorough analyses, and collaborating closely with various departments to enhance product quality across the board. You will take the lead on quality control initiatives and share your expertise to mentor junior QA staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define quality assurance processes and standards in collaboration with the development team.
• Conduct thorough testing for web applications, APIs, and mobile apps, ensuring they meet both functionality and performance criteria.
• Identify, record, and analyze defects, coordinating directly with the development team to ensure rectifications.
• Work closely with Product Managers and developers to define testing criteria and quality goals for new releases.
• Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and oversee ongoing QA training programs and best practices for the QA team.
• Stay current with the latest QA methodologies and tools, recommending changes to enhance QA processes.
• Lead QA initiatives to improve overall quality across products, working actively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
