The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the SVP, Universal Talent Development and Inclusion (UTD&I). This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global operations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
Universal Talent Development & Inclusion (UTD&I) delivers workforce talent strategies across the NBCUniversal Studio Group portfolio as well as Film production crews with the purpose of access and elevating the skills and capabilities of people, while fostering an inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including management of logistics-heavy complex schedule and coordinating a high volume of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and organize heavy global travel schedule and reconcile associated T&E expenses
Research and compile preparation material ahead of all scheduled meetings.
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities and events (e.g., prep materials, meeting agendas, logistics, post-mortem minutes, etc.).
Additional duties as assigned
Minimum 3 years of experience assisting at the executive level
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and OneNote) and FileMaker

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office (in Universal City, CA) a minimum of three days per week
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
