We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work from our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin or Prague with a hybrid work schedule.

In this position, your responsibility will be to:

Build convenient interfaces for the Nebius console

Be the accountable designer for your console services and features

Do the research to build the best solutions

Work with user scenarios around business needs, technical restrictions and common sense

Present the solutions for the developers, product managers and other stakeholders

Manage tasks from brainstorming hypotheses to reviewing the implementation

Work and develop our design system

We expect you to have:

Ability to see products as a chain of scenarios rather than a set of static states

Ability to balance overuse and innovation

Familiarity with the design process: receiving the specs and hypotheses, verifying them, coming up with the design and prototype, building the visuals and collaborating with clients and developers

Attention to detail and systematic organization of layouts in Figma

Work together with other designers to create the best solutions for our product

Preferred qualifications:

Strong ability to build adaptive interfaces

At least 5 years of work experience as a product designer

Strong ability to communicate with clients and developers in English

Ability to work with complex prototypes in Figma

Experience with UX testing methods

Experience creating layouts for consoles or other high-load web applications

Ability to speak with developers using HTML, CSS and JS terminology
