Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. We are a remote first company with headquarters in Stockholm and over 200 employees across Europe.
About the role
As a Clinical Lead Operator at Neko Health, you will combine hands-on clinical work with team leadership responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in both delivering high-quality health screenings and guiding the day-to-day performance of our clinic operators.
In your clinical capacity, you will perform a range of health assessments including ECGs, grip strength and eye pressure measurements, blood sampling and analysis, and ensure accurate documentation. You will also be the first point of contact for our members, offering exceptional service and creating a welcoming and professional environment.
In your leadership role, you will support and develop the clinic operator team through coaching, quality assurance, and operational oversight. You’ll help ensure that clinical standards are upheld, workflows run smoothly, and team members are empowered to deliver excellent care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients while also being involved in leading and improving team performance. You will work closely with experienced doctors, fellow operators, and the wider clinic team—contributing to both clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
Working hours
This is a full-time position with a six-month probation period. During the first three months, you will focus entirely on clinical service provision. After that, the role shifts to two days of management and three days of clinical service provision per week.
We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
