Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and enhance content on existing and new hotel websites, including property descriptions, images, promotions, events, and local attractions, to improve engagement and conversions.
- Ensure content provides a smooth and informative user experience, focusing on clear navigation, compelling visuals, and seamless storytelling.
- Collaborate with copywriters, design, marketing, and hotel management teams to create content that enhances the guest booking experience.
- Collect client requests for website updates and arrange them according to priority and feasibility.
- Gather user feedback (heatmaps, funnels etc) and analyze website performance to guide strategic content improvements.
- Present suggested content improvements and actions to our clients, explaining the expected outcomes and impact on users engagement.
- Stay informed on travel and hospitality trends to continuously optimize the content experience.
- Experience in content curation, digital marketing, or UX strategy, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and content strategies that resonate with travelers and hospitality audiences.
- Ability to craft engaging content that highlights hotel features, services, and destination appeal.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles, including information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and user-centered content strategies.
- Experience with web-based content management systems.
- Experience of website performance metrics (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar etc) and how to use insights to enhance the guest experience.
- Basic understanding of on-site SEO principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Fluent in Greek & English.
