• Own planning and reporting: Prepare our budget, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports for our management, regulatory authorities and banks, working closely with our Head of Finance and functional departments.
• Generate actionable insights: Analyze financial performance and department budgets by tracking key metrics and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Be a strategic partner: Deliver clear and concise financial reports and insights to our management and the department leads, aiding in long-term planning and business strategy.
• Support our investment strategy: Support capital allocation, scenario planning, and investment prioritization efforts.
• Ensure scalability: Contribute to the improvement of financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting, investment banking or a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong academic background in Finance, Business Administration or a related field, with advanced knowledge of the three financial statements and their interrelations.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with financial modeling tools like Excel/ Google Sheets, complemented by a tech-savvy attitude; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker) is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
